Asking employees & acting to their answers
Our client, a large IT provider in Austria, is aware of the fact that a company’s employees are crucial to business success. Thus, a few years ago, wissma was approached to measure employee satisfaction based on different thematic focal points (e.g. organisational culture, leadership, job satisfaction…) several times a year.
Compared to other companies, it was particularly interesting to see the extraordinarily high willingness to participate among the employees.
Our survey provides a feedback tool to employees, which also allows them to state and reveal negative developments anonymously to us as independent third party. Due to this, improvements are actively promoted.
In doing so, the identity protection of the employees has top priority – to achieve the goal of using constructive criticism to create possible actions in a rapidly changing working environment.
