Assurance Award Austria – AAA 2018
Since 2005 we have been conducting the Assurance Award Austria together with the Austrian Insurance Broker Association (ÖVM). Once a year we survey the satisfaction of insurance brokers with the products and services offered by insurance companies.
The best results are awarded for each segment, which allows the insurance companies to use this prize for marketing purposes. Moreover, the individual results are comprehensively summarised into one report and thus represent one of the most accurate feedback tools of insurance brokers.
Every year we look forward to this study. It makes us happy to see how insurance companies use results of the AAA and make targeted improvements to their performance. Also, it is exciting to see how newcomers suddenly enter the market and mix it up …
