Customer satisfaction goes international
So far, we have been asked by one of our clients from the industrial business to analyse the satisfaction of their Austrian subsidiary customers on a yearly basis.
What makes this special is the assessment of the different products, as well as the execution of the survey itself in three different languages.
In this context, particular attention is always paid to linguistic nuances. Only then, can it be ensured that the results of different language settings are comparable.
The analysis for this client has shown that customer satisfaction is already at a high level; however critical comments from individual divisions make one sit up and take notice. It provides our client with areas of improvement for the future and the possibility to act in a targeted manner.
As a next step, an international extension of the customer survey is planned.
