Real-Time Employee Satisfaction

Our client is part of an Austrian banking institution. In the course of some changes the management wants a quick and current glance at the satisfaction and commitment of their employees.

Every day 20 employees are randomly selected and invited to an online survey. The survey consists of 2 questions, one general question about wellbeing and one open question in addition.

The results are read out in real time and shown in an online-dashboard. The management also has access on their terminal devices & can filter the results by sections & periods. We love this project, because for us it represents the future: Data in real-time, concisely depicted and availabe 24/7.
